and what we don't.
ARSENAL Advisors, LLC operates this site. This page describes the two places data reaches us: site analytics, and the email address you give us when you request a report. There is nothing else.
No cookies, so no banner.
We measure site traffic with Rybbit, a cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device, and does not use persistent identifiers, so there is no consent prompt to click. What it records about a visit:
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: understanding which reports and pages are useful. None of it identifies you, and we do not attempt to link it to your email address.
Your email, for the reports you asked for.
When you request the FDA Decision Calendar or the Signal Brief we store your email address and which report you chose. We use it to send you that report and the editions that follow it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to a third party for their own marketing.
The reports themselves are compiled from public sources: regulatory filings, company announcements, and published financial disclosures.
Access, correction, deletion.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California you have the right to see what we hold, correct it, take a copy of it, object to our processing, or have it erased. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. Exercising any of these costs you nothing and does not affect anything else.
